One of Mom's doctors, Doctor Garfinkel, just came to update us. He said everything went well. They are monitoring her urine output (sorry to publicize this mom). He said he'll feel very comfortable if she produces 300 ccs of urine in the next hour or so. They will continue monitoring, and if she doesn't produce that much they'll do an ultrasound to see if everything is as it should be.
She is in ICU right now and we'll probably be able to see her in 10 minutes. They expect she'll be in ICU until Sunday or so. Obviously this is a best guess and we can't hold them to it.
We are all hungry, except for Tom, who went to Chipotle. Although he must be hungry again because he is going back with Tom W. Nate...you are in good shape with the diet bet!
We will wait to see mom and then head out for food.
Krista is up in her room. We are staying away so we can let her rest. Plus, everytime we are all together we laugh a lot. Probably not good for her stitches. We'll take it easy on her for awhile.
